The recent slow down in the housing market caused Ilene and I to be dubious about our chances of selling our home in St. George, UT any time soon.  It was our good fortune to have found you and Painted Hills Realty to help us.  Not only did we sell our home in a relatively short period of time, but we came close to getting our asking price, even in a slow market.  You quickly helped us find a new home within the time constraints of our sales contract.

Often, in the sale and purchase of one's home, the road can be strewn with speed bumps.  This we learned after having sold and purchased twelve homes in our lifetime.  You did an excellent job of smoothing out those obstacles and making our transition a relatively smooth one with a minimum of stress.  We will certainly recommend you to all, and call on you again in the future should we decide to sell.
